Oak Hill Camping Option for Jam Campers and others

Note: The Grey Fox Festival campground at the Walsh Farm will be unavailable until gates open on Wednesday July 16 at noon. There is a group called "The Liners" that have arranged for the use of a large farm field about 5 miles from the Grey Fox site. Beautiful views, Portolets, and a trash dumpster. (The plan is that vehicles will have access to the festival site Wednesday, according to their place in the line --according to their arrival prior to Wednesday.) They expect about 300 people to stay there.

HELPFUL FAQ's From The Liners:

Will there be a line this year for early arrival?
Because of the inability to line up at the Walsh Farm prior to the gates opening for Grey Fox, certain tireless individuals procured a parcel of land close to the festival for a liner party. This year's liner party is not officially associated with Grey Fox. It is a separate event.

Should I sign up to attend?
Please help the liner committee by filling out a simple on-line form. Knowing how many folks will attend and what day you'll arrive will be a great help. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/theliners/database

How far from the Walsh Farm is the Allen Farm?
They are about 5 miles apart.

When can we arrive at the liner site?
You can start arriving at sunrise on Wednesday July 9th (one week prior to Grey Fox).

How can we help pay for the liner site and amenities?
A donation of $25.00 per adult will help cover the costs of the event. Children 16 or under will be free. All donations will be accepted at the liner site.

What about portolets?
Portolets will be available to all liners.

What is the best route to the Allen Farm?
The farm is on Allen Teator Road and it must be entered from RT 20. Do not turn on Allen Teator Road from RT 145 as the incline is too steep. There will be signs.
