BANJO WAITLIST
Here is our wait list policy:
To get on the waiting list, send in a registration
form and deposit as you would if registering. We will send an acknowledgement
and confirmation of your place on the list.
At any time, if you have not
been notified of a vacancy, you may elect to forfeit your spot on the wait
list and receive a full and prompt refund of your deposit. You may let us
know when applying, or any time, a deadline date after which you want to
be off the list and sent a refund.
If you're on the wait list:
Up until 48 hours before the Camp starts, we will assume that if your
name comes up, you will attend. When an opening is available, we will contact
you by phone and, if you need time to decide, give you 24 hours to say yea
or nay. If you decide not to attend, you forfeit 50% of the deposit. Again:
You may let us know when applying, or at any time, a deadline date after
which you want to be off the list and sent a refund.
Your spot on the list is held by your deposit, which will be either:
- (If no vacancy
comes up) returned in full at the start of the Camp; or
- (If a vacancy comes
up and you fill it) applied to your Camp tuition; or
- (If a vacancy comes
up and you elect not to fill it), 50% refunded.
However, once we get
within 48 hours of the week in question, you are under no
obligation, and the deposit is fully refundable even if you elect not
to fill a last-minute vacancy.
Naturally, we have no way of predicting when or how many vacancies may
become available. If your original place on the list is 2 or higher, you
are welcome to contact us periodically to see if there have been any cancellations
allowing you to move up on the list.
