September, 2006 Flexigrass vibesmeister Greg Harris accompanied me to IBMA’s World of Bluegras, the first “FLEXIGRASS” appearance ever at IBMA. We did some showcases and some jamming, and were joined by Mike Bub and our Flexigrass buddy Bill Pontarelli on clarinet. Our highlight was performing at the Awards Nominees reception on Awards night. There we were joined by Don Rigsby and Larry Atamanuik. This same combo then got asked to play the Awards reception for BMI in Nashville in November!
